style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boire pour \u201cd\u00e9compresser\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49 <\/span><b>Tout cela a un sens.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et tant que ce sens n\u2019est pas compris :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tu te fais souffrir lib\u00e9rer d\u2019une addiction, ce n\u2019est pas se faire violence<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On ne va pas mieux :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en se sacrifiant<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en s\u2019astreignant<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en se jugeant<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en se for\u00e7ant<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On va mieux en cabinet)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personnellement, des outils comme :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019hypnose<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la m\u00e9ditation<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019introspection<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le journaling<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u2019ont permis de comprendre mes propres fonctionnements.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9sultat : certaines addictions ont simplement <\/span><b>disparu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sans frustration, sans manque, sans stress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49 C\u2019est exactement ce que je vois aussi chez les personnes que <a href=\"https:\/\/jean-philippe-bach.fr\/\">j\u2019accompagne<\/a> en <\/span><b>hypnose \u00e0 Montauban<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>En
